Dear Governor,

RE: YOUR IGNORANCE OF THE BORDER LINE BETWEEN EMPTY PROPAGANDA AND GOD'S JUDGEMENT

Please allow me to address you once again on the above captioned topic.

Basically, the catalog of your behavior in the past two years is overwhelmingly captured by this simply captioned topic. I use it to summarize the contraption which emerged after the great imposition arising from the Iwu-led election of 2007 which installed you as our Governor.

Criminal falsehood, arrogance and empty propaganda combined with each other and reduced the land of Promise to Heaven of falsehood, looting, Kidnapping, robbery and cult atrocities in what used to be the most peaceful State in Niger Delta and Nigeria.

Generally, I see you as a bull in the China shop or rather as an animal stung by a python and being propelled by the venom in the blood system, moving towards the brain box. I am expecting an explosive Nunc Dimitis.

As you can agree with me I have written extensively on you and your government within the period under review. For easy reference, on the 18/01/08 the title was “the Menace of Godswill O. Akpabio in Akwa Ibom State”, “Akpabio Administration: Government of Impunity, Lawlessness and Financial Recklessness” dated 25/09/08 and on the 10th day of May 2009 “Godswill O. Akpabio on Rampage”. All were addressed to the president and Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. All of them are connected with the issues raised above.
These were not in any way to portray my personal hatred on you, but I simply was driven by the spirit of patriotism for the state of my belonging for which I have also contributed my quota for her wellbeing. In the words of Edmund Burke, “The only thing necessary for evil to thrive is when wise people do nothing”. You can even regard my activities as my way of WEEPING for Akwa Ibom State, the Land of Promise and my Mother Land.

Mr. Akpabio, you have converted the political entity known as Akwa Ibom States to your personal and Akpabio family Estate without the fear of God that made her what she came out to be in the committee of States in Nigeria. You have been made to emerge as a reaper from where you did not sow, and in addition embarked on the kidnap of those that laboured to do the sowing.

You used our God-given inheritance to finance the corruption industry in Nigeria, one of the worst in the World. All these for your ego and self aggrandizement.
Information at my disposal made available by a good insider indicates that you spend minimum of Nl.5bn every month on public relations. In a pedestrian language, this is used for bribing the media to cover the truth in Akwa Ibom State. This is why a part of Nigerian Media that has a reputation dating back to the colonial era is now looking the other way and pretends not to know what you are doing in our State.
I am pained to see Africa Independent Television (AIT) who had been a great victim of tyranny and oppression for choosing to be with the masses in telling the truth. That truth which put Nigerians behind her is today being suppressed for so called commercialization. Nigerian Tribune cannot escape the anger and the wrath of her founder, our great Sage, Chief Obafemi Awolowo, in the great beyond for harbouring a negative Politician in her employment to syndicates Godswill Akpabio's falsehood. In Uyo, NTA has been ordered by Akpabio to black out any people oriented programme, such as Politics Today from their airing.

Media houses are even selling MAN OF YEAR AWARD for payment of prescribed fees. Here, I must state that to a great extent, birds of the same feather are always flucking together. I have seen why Daily Independence, owned by James Ibori, a man wanted in Britain for money laundering, made you their man of the year.
This Day Newspaper is owned by a person known as a great blackmailer who must have sucked you dry for MAN OF THE YEAR AWARD. As a matter of fact this year merit award event was sponsored with the Akwa Ibom State money. Pretenders, such as Professor Dora Akunyuli, the Rebrand Nigeria idol may continue to lift the leprous hand of a man who has written poverty on the faces of Akwa Ibom people, calling him a role model. She must have had a field day in the gamble so far. No wonder Hausa have a lexicon, "Abokin Barawo, Barawo ni"
May I also add, "Nemo dat quot non habet" meaning you cannot give what you do not have.


Mr. Governor,
Please tell me the truth, what did you actually do at the Akwa Ibom International Airport, apart from illegally revoking the original contract to steal $54, 000000 to line your pocket?

This thing you call Free And Compulsory education up to S.S.3, is it true? Do you actually supply books? Why are so quiet about the Federal government contribution through SUBEB. I am shocked that falsehood can be taken this far by a man in power. Even in your Governors' Forum you are seen by your colleagues, who have identified you as the greatest liar of our time as well as being a braggard. Any theory that puts a belief on externally borrowed honour as an impetus for internal loyalty must be a product of an idle mind. You must belong to a very primitive and expired school of thought.
N150, 000,000 to buy Doctorate Degree from a forth- rated University, in addition you ferried more than 20 thousand people in company of 1,000 piece-band to celebrate and dance. Fellow of a Yobe Polytechnic for NI00,000,000, N35,000,000 for Alhmadu Bello Foundation, and NI00,000,000 so- called Rural Electrification contract bribe in favour of the National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party without any due process in order to qualify you for PDP nomination for second term are all seen as reckless and the height of exhibiting your inferiority complex. The fear of your unknown future threatens you more than death. Otherwise, how is the state benefiting from all of them?
On the l0th day of October, 2009 you organized a grand rally at Asan Ibibio for what you called the Ibibio Nation Endorsement under the auspices of Utuenikang Ibibio, an organization headed by discredited Military Officer who was dismissed for criminal activities and with a Former Military Governor who is a known Sodomist and homosexual practitioner in concert with one former palm wine taper, and a renegade whose cottage industry has collapsed into bankruptcy. They also had the Speaker of the State House of Assembly, heavily possessed by your diabolical soul- tie. Commissioners for Finance as well as that of Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs. Through whom resources were supplied.
They were the main instruments that put up the show to make you the sole candidate for 2011 Governorship election. It is also on record that public fund was used to produce special wrapper on which your picture was elaborately embossed and worn by more than 90 organizations funded and financed by the same Government.
You were eventually presented publicly as the choice of Ibibio Nation. The carnival involved all traditional dances and plays as well as more than two thousand mini buses all supplied by your cousin, Emem Akpabio who had made not less than One Million Naira profit per bus.

However, by Ibibio tradition, the people so described above lack the traditional qualification to chose anybody for such an important position, particularly as, it is not in the interest of Ibibio Nation. At best they have only beaten you to your game. As far as we are concerned they are a people under sacrilege and abomination. They have no such mandate.
Commissioners and other appointees were each given NIO, OOO,OOO to mobilize their local Government. It was mandated that all civil servants must participate in the grand bazaar which also closed all the market to ensure a hitch-free endorsement. As a matter of fact you exhibited the skill you inherited during the Sani Abacha era. At lease you were able to satisfy yourself that you have succeeded in fooling more than 3,000,000 people to buy your gaffe. That is why you in response had this to say, "When I am being led by Tigers and Leopards, how can I be afraid of the Antelopes" believed, this is the sort of language Goliath, the uncircumcised Philistine used against David before his great destruction. I can see that you decided to consolidate your position by holding the pan structure of PDP in the state close to your chest for your sole candidature.

The Chairman Akwa Ibom State House of Assembly Service Commission - Essien - Udim Your LGA.
The Chairman Akwa Ibom State Independent Electoral Commission AKISEC, Mrs. Gloria Ukpong - Essien Udim - Your L.G.A. incidentally, this is the same woman who told the governorship election tribunal that votes were hereby allocated and that there was no election on 14th - 4 - 2007. You compensated her for rigging you into office by the appointment.
The State Accountant General, Mr. Isobara Former Local Government Treasurer, who was once indicted and also a proprietor of Majesty Realms Hotel in Uyo from Esien Udim, Your L. G.A. This appointment was equivalent to a Secondary School Principal being made the Vice-Chancellor of a University.
Managing Director, Akwa Ibom State Property and Investment Company (APICO) Mr. Akpabio, your cousin from Essien Udim your LGA. He is the man to cover up your N12bn housing scam earlier reported by Fresh Facts News Papers which angered you to the point of arresting their Editorial Staff and ransacking their office early in the year 2008.

The Chairman, Akwa Ibom State Civil Service Commission Mr. JJ Obot, Etim - Ekpo Local Government Area. Interestingly, when Chief Akpainyang was Chairman of the Commission you imposed total embargo on employment, but now that the position has changed in favour of Annang person, and, in order that your agenda of making nonsense of the issue of majority/minority be swept into the dust-bin of history by the time you leave office, you lifted the embargo. Already you have made good this threat in the State Judiciary appointments recently announced.
Now in addition to all these you have deliberately selected a few elements in Ibibio land and dangled them with pittance, this is why you have reduced some of our traditional rulers to mere crumb eaters and sycophants. Renegades are paid N5, 000,000m per signature on Government sponsored advertorials
On Monday 15-03-10, Radio Akwa Ibom decried activities of opposition in Abuja for introducing ethnicity in the state polity. This runs contrary to your utterances recently in Oron during a funeral event, where you openly canvassed for chauvinism against the Ibibio majority. Does this not amount to speaking from two sides of the same mouth? I am embarrassed by this type of idiotic exposition of a state Government.
Mr. Governor you have successfully robbed Akwa Ibom State of God's given inheritance and reduced that land of promise to a third of Haiti under Papa Doc. and Uganda under Idi Amin era in an effort to make good, the agenda of Chief 1. U. Akpabio, one great fraud and cheat in our contemporary history. As far as you are concerned our people have completely been dispossessed of every reasoning ability.



The damage you have caused us in two years may not be made up in 20 years of hard work. Therefore, when you now raised the issue of second term, you have not only provoked the integrity of the living but those of the unborn children. May be at a time people like IME T. MBATESSIEN are speaking louder than they ever did, you should not be over carried by the seeming weaknesses of the few that you have deceived. The time is up to learn this words of Dr. Kwame Nkruma "You can succeed in deceiving some of the people, some of the time, but you will never succeed in deceiving all the people all the time”. For this reason, your second term is not only a dream but also an attempt to alter the setting of God, and we do not know any man who ever did that successfully.
Please accept my sympathy for the ugly event of December 20th 2009 at the Uyo Township Stadium when little boys vented their anger on a man they believe had embezzled their God's given resources to finance frivolities in what you called, Niger Delta Music Carnival which brought street boys and gutter rappers from U.S.A to come and perform in Uyo in a bit to copy the great Calabar Carnival, which has now assumed an international dimension.
When those children learnt that the vituperation came out of a contract you gave your brothers in America in exchange for our hard earned Petrol-Dollar, they lost their emotions. I am surprised that when you were smuggled out of the BAPTISM of the sachet water, stones and bottles, you cowardly summon the media to cover up the story. Your usual trade mark. Apart from Internet and Online News Reports, it was already everywhere. In the history of 24years old state, you have become the 1st serving Governor to be made nonsense of by school children. This means that you have actually derailed from normal course of responsibility. As adult, it is not as if we did not have premonition of your nuisance value. We felt that the cat should not yet be let out of the bag, but unfortunately the way you are going about this aberration and insanity, we may be forced to do something that history may not like.
It is not a secret that we can not risk you a second term because you do not deserve it. That is why our Bona fide children have indicated interest in the Government house of their state. If this is why you can not apply restraint in pouring insolence on our Leaders with reckless abandon, we may have no alternative than to pay you in your own coin.
The emergence of Arc (Obong) Victor Attah as the executive Governor of the state between 1999 to 2007 brought light and hope on the land that had gone into oblivion due to unpatriotic attitude of traitors in leadership, this great and world class Architect of our generation who is well placed on the record of who is who nationally and internationally brought new phase on the land of promise. I called him NEHE-MOSES combining two Biblical personalities Nehemiah and Moses. The former rebuilt the collapsed wall of Jerusalem. In the same vain our modern day hero took us into the main stream of Nigerian politics. The issue of the economic emancipation of Niger - Delta is of great reference. Those who imposed you on us said they were doing so to retaliate the indoctrination of the people of the Niger Delta by our man of the moment. The fierce battle at a point, seemed as if his life depended on the struggle against the obnoxious on-shore of-shore, oil dichotomy even at a time his governor brothers from the zone abandoned him to face the wrath of the power that was. The recent 10% equity concession by the Federal Government in the oil industry in favour of the Niger - Delta was due to Attah's Campaign for resource control. Today in this country, I have seen and had you parading as the governor of the richest state in Nigeria.
Mr. Akpabio, is that the personality you should toy with? Your recent utterances on our leader is a clear indication that you are looking for something and I want to assure you that you possibly may not have the ability to consummate the full weight of that desire. You shamelessly link him with terrorism which you introduced en route to power in the April fool of an election which took place on the 14th day of April 2007. You later set up a government of hoodlums, cultists and mediocre, and we ended up in the hands of evil forces and darkness.
Please, allow me to give you a little assignment. Take a large photograph of Obong Victor Attah and another one of Chief Godswill O. Akpabio and place them side by side. Take a close look and ask your Sprit being a question, to identify a Crook and Criminal among the two. I am convinced that it will not be the picture of Arc (Obong) Victor Attah.
If Obong Attah made any human mistake by introducing the issue of power shift to give every ethnic group sense of belonging, posterity shall judge him and many of us will be alive to witness.
His Excellency Arc (Obong) Victor Attah) a visionary leader and a prudent resources manager invested 6.7bn of our state fund in GSM venture amidst elites criticism in 2002. Four years later, 70% of the equity was sold and we harvested over N20,000,000,000bn which was used to finance Akwa Ibom International Airport Project, to about 80% and also for the completion of Independence Power Plant (IPP) at Ikot Abasi. Nobody can ever link you with such ingenuity. It is on record that NEW CLIME INDUSTRY a multi National Conglomerates acquired a large parcel of land between Annua, Uyo and Adiadia to put up a Mega factory that would produce most of their products in Nigeria. In addition, the factory would also employ not less than 4000 Akwa Ibom youths. All they demanded from you was issuance of certificate of occupancy to enable them commence work on the factory. You turned around and shamelessly demanded a pound of flesh in exchange as bribe.
For your information, today that factory is almost completed at Awi in Cross River State where a progressive Government is in place.

Is commonly referred to, today by you as a man behind the spate of kidnappings in the state, this is because the gentle man who was chairman in your Champaign committee in 2007 has indicated interest in the Governorship come 2011.
With credential as former Uyo Local Government Chairman, Senator of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, 1999 to 2003, Minister of the Federal Republic of Nigeria 2007 - 2009. Backed-up with very sound academic qualification, he is not known to have paid for any Doctorate Decree in any University, and he is right now at the verge of obtaining his Ph.D. out of personal brilliant records in study. There is no meeting point between you and the Gentleman.

In the case of my humble self, may I refer you to the Book of 1 Sam 22, read from 1 - 5. Please read that portion directly:

Our sovereignty has collapsed, our throne and crown stolen by an infidel, we shall pursue, attack to recover and restore our dignity with all that the locust plundered shall return. O! Land of Promise your God has arisen and your enemy is
destroyed in shreds.
I have a divine attribute from God and that is boldness and courage when it has to do with peoples' right and can not be cowed or influenced by personality of any oppressors. Akwa Ibom State is now rated the highest revenue earning state in the country; this is not your achievement, but that of their true leader.
If Victor Attah did not win the battle of the on-shore of-shore dichotomy, the case would have been a reverse of what we now have. Total mobilization of the public media to disseminate your falsehood was to expire in due time and that is what is happening now in the state. They cannot wait to see the collapse of your evil regime. It has been some kind of a nightmare.
Naturally the people from this part of the country are noted for non violent disposition, honesty and cleanliness. It was your introduction of do-or-die election that introduced society miscreants mentioned above into our polity. In the name of propaganda you have done everything to undermine the fact that those you could not adequately accommodate in your convoy of P.As said to be the largest in Nigeria, have gone back to their trenches from where this dastardly act is unleashed on the society. You pretend to be ignorant of the truth, all in the name of propaganda, but as far as the state is concerned all such incidents are traceable to your government house.
These people have seen the preferential treatment that you have given to your brothers and clan's men in addition to a near total transformation of Ikot Ntuen your village to modern Mega town off the metropolis of Ukana Ekpene. This is something similar to what Governor James Ibori did in Oghara his village during his tenure as Govenor of Delta State between 1999 and 2007. I am not surprised that both of you are friends.
I understand that you have become a prayer warrior lately but let me advice that when next you pray against cultism and related practices do not fail to include" if I am connected directly or indirectly, God, make me to eat my flesh and drink my blood, in the Mighty name of Jesus Christ .... Amen”.
My governor, is it really true that you petitioned the Acting President against us on this heinous crime in Akwa Ibom? What this means is that besides being a conman, you are also gifted in the art of shading crocodile tears. You have reported yourself as an incompetent chief security officer of the state. I understand there is a strong security presence in front of the Barracks Road prison where your former friend and cult field commander is being kept. By the way, why are you framing up this intimate friend of yours even after it has been traceable to your administration that the murdering of two of his relatives was your in-house affairs? Are you trying to experiment or justify your kidnap law in the state? This is one show of a "Tango Dance" Nigeria shall keenly watch. This may be God's way of pitching evil against evil. Please allow me to quote Rev. Fr. Donatus Udoete and say Amen to the great prayer offered by that man of God recently in one of your sponsored solemn assemblies in the State, " the land is sick of kidnapping, scapegoatism, assassination and other inhuman crimes and needed quick medication attributing them to greed and insatiable lust for money". He also likened the recent killing of people in the Church by the kidnappers to the capture of Jerusalem and desecration of the temple of God by the Babylonian King Nebuchadnezzar, maintaining that nobody can fight God and succeed. "By their action they claimed to have dethroned God, but He will arise and fight for Himself'.
While I say a thunderous Amen, I ask you to examine yourself and your family to determine who suits Nebuchadnezzar and those who have insatiable lust for money. Learn to hear what the spirit says.
Finally, let me conclude this short letter with two questions;
How much of Akwa Ibom money did you steal under criminal coding and subheads in the year 2009 annual budget which you recently claimed to conform to the World Bank Standard?
Have you found time to visit Chief Olabode George in prison at least to show good gesture on a man who supported your imposition on us in 2007? He may have a few things to show you, which will be of immense usefulness when the impending inferno will actually fall on you. Please try and educate your fellow strugglers in the business of mandate stealing, to be prepared for the wrath of Democracy which is knocking around the corner. Akwa Ibom shall be a part and parcel.

Now that your ostrich game is in the open, it is no news that the music against your iniquities has started, you are expected to commence the corresponding dance as well.
May God grant you sufficient strength to face the full circle of your crime against humanity and Akwa Ibom State in particular.
