Really democracy is a situation or system of government in which everyone is equal and has the right to vote, make decisions, own property etc. that's why democracy is aptly defined is driven and propelled by the people and for the people.

This type of government is driven and propelled by the people and things are done the right way in the interest of the masses, the people are carried along, things done accordingly and the wealth of the land is evenly spread and poverty in the land is minimized.

Where the direct opposite of the above is prevalent, then “DEM-ALL-CRAZY” sets in and reigns supreme a system driven by in equality, the people are deprived of the right to vote or if they vote, such is hugely manipulated and their decisions and right to own property brutally and ruthlessly sanctioned. Dem-all-crazy is typically and despicably defined as government of the demoniacs, by the demoniacs for the demoniacs; OR government of the cultist, by the cultist and for the cultist; OR government of the desperados, by the desperados and for the desperados.

As the name rightly implies, dem-all-crazy dose not make for people to be carried along, things are done and executed unbecoming and the wealth of the land is retained by the privileged few who proudly from a class apart and poverty is maximized and widespread. Yeah! A government powered and driven by a few weird and heartless people who stubbornly impose their weird and satisfied and things continually go their way.

Dem-all-crazy has some distinct peculiar features which include strangeness or otherness, aggression transferred aggression and easily annoyed at the slighter provocation, insensible and insensitive; unscrupulous very uncertain in behaviour / actions and fraught with craziness and craziest ideas; massive and woeful display of trader- mentality in governance. Critics / cynics authoritatively attribute the forenamed features to the governmental outfit being cult based and since cultism is synonymous with darkness, everything is shrouded in strictest secrecy and darkness, on responsibility to the people, no accountability to the people, but to the agents and agencies of darkness and to make sure that above is achievable pariah / police/ rogue state structure must be imposed. Going by the recent revelations Akwa Ibom State has been seriously fingered as deep seated in cultism and is indeed painted a cultic sate in all ramifications tell magazine of 28th February, 2010 and falcon newspapers respectively name more than 40 cultism serving in Akwa Ibom administration; there fore Akwa Ibom State HAS more cults and cultic groups in administration than any other in the country surely a cmylomeration of cult groups; All the cultic groups are sponsored by the government and umblically connected with the government; government uses the cults and cultic groups for executive dirty deals, hence the symbiosm and the reason why cultism grows and thrives in wild profusion than in any other state in Nigeria; there's serious incrustation of cultism the bedrock of criminality in the state, on wonder all commissioners and some political appointees must shape up or they ship out.,

All socio-political groups or political groups currently pledging support and allegiance to the boss' second term ambition are cult based and totally cultiseld; The recent show and display of strength, splendour and valour with official touch and connection at the funeral of late Tony Emenyi rightly and dearly confirms government as generous “Underwriter” of cultism in the state, no wonder government continually sinks deeper into the moiré of conflicts and problems because of her unholy alliance with cultism may be the aforenamed accusations / allegation are responsible for the recent statement credited to the governor after a prayers session that in 2011 elections political aspirants would be thoroughly screened to ensure that they are not cultist and same would be applicable to floristically appointees. May these come to pass in Jesus name, Amen.

Dem-all-craziness where it unfortunately exist such as ours is a political craziness personified in all it many and varied forms namely. The government is unnecessarily hard and harsh in whatever they are up to just in tandem with cult slogan “Anybody who betrays the cult (government) must be punished by death; The state is run as a police/ pariah/ rogue state with the trapping of this type of government, typified by proliferation of army/police check points to mercilessly molest, exploit and embarrass innocent and unsuspecting citizens egindiscriniate arrest, no rule of law, assassination, kidnapping, maiming and killing are rife realabatrossand millstone on our necks; and only God knows billions of naira wastefully expended on the so called security with no security to write home about; Government characteristically unreliable, pay lip eye service by telling lies and broken promise the mush trumpeted Enen Nsit and Aka Ikot Ekan round remain permanently abandoned. Workers especially teachers be employed despite promise for some three years hoe.

Between 2008 and July 2010 more than 3,000 secondary school teachers would have retired without any replacement what' the fate of the free compulsory Education, yes free education at its best. Primary school teachers yes to be paid Akpabiomber' the 13th month salary paid to other workers. Governor frequents. Wedding church are monies / funerals, launchings, child dedications but would have no time to visit schools (to assess and ascertain the workability of free compulsory education) now turned into concentration camps because of inadeyuate accommodation and equipment. Grandiose / gigantic projects alias wicked project in the works of Ononokpono are rampant for money wasted on these ill-conceived project that have no bearing on the people would have built industries money spinning businesses, seal river port for Akwa Ibom State. Capital flight is not uncommon in dem-all-crazy for contract minor and major are executed by foreigners and non-Akwa Ibom people resulting in widespread poverty in the land irrespective of the fact that we draw the largest allocation. Squandermania is the order of the day through unnecessary gift / donations, bloated amount for renovation of school building, just to acquire cheap popularity.

They run media propelled / driven demonstration governance mainly' / puady informative and informatory devoid of practicalities on ground to show for it. Everything is done on an audio basis more often than not. Dem-all-craziens encourages discrimination in the distribution of projects and type / quality of contractors and execution / construction egabandonment of ENEN NSIT ROAD. Road, / street constructed in each town / city are made known in numbers instead of total kilometers, what a clever way of short changing the people-tell us not 26 road in Ikot Ekpene 40 roads in Oron, 35 roads in Eket but the Kilometers covered. Dem-all-cracy, from the above is an embodiment of things unbecoming of a government with the name while in reality governance should be very consistent of with honesty and nothing less than honesty in the words of Thomas Jefferson.
